Rebirth

When I sat down to paint "Rebirth," I asked myself, what does Rebirth mean to me? I came up with starting over, a second chance, having grace, empathy, compassion, faith and belief in myself. When I painted "Rebirth," I listened to a subliminal on YouTube titled 'Life Suddenly Gets a Billion Times Better' from the channel, 25th page. This audio is designed to shift your frequency and quiet the conscious mind.As you color the lines of 'Rebirth,' let these positive intentions play in the background. You don't need to 'listen' for anything specific; just breathe, color, and allow your life to get a billion times better.

Speed Society

When I sat down to paint "Speed Society, I did it with the intention of winning a car. A Mercedes Benz AMG GT-R in Green Hell Magno as well as $50k deposited into my account. When I asked myself what 'Speed Society' meant to me, it meant the following to me: feelings of gratitude, blessed, exhilarated, relieved, ecstatic, fortunate, just in time, AMG GT-R, Green Hell Magno + $50k deposited into my account, freedom and winning. The world often demands we move faster than our souls were meant to go. Use this session to acknowledge that frantic energy, then slowly color your way back to a pace that feels like home. You are allowed to slow down.

My Love

When I sat to paint "My Love" and started to think about what that person meant to me, the thoughts that came up were sweet, beautiful and angel which were the intentions behind the painting.Love is a gentle frequency. As you color these lines, think of a person or a memory that feels like an 'angel' in your life. Let those sweet and beautiful thoughts guide your color choices, and allow yourself to feel completely adored as you create."

Life

When I sat down to paint "Life," I asked what it meant to me and this is what I came up with: friendship, banter, loving life and finding joy.Life is meant to be enjoyed, not just managed. As you color this piece, imagine you are sitting across from a dear friend, sharing a laugh and a story. Use your brightest, most joyful colors. Let this session be a celebration of the fact that you are here, you are creating, and you are whole.

7 Keys To Wealth

When I sat to create this art, it's the only piece in this book that I named AFTER I created it. Most of my art starts with a title first and this one was created as the result of play, just doing what felt right. If you think about it, one of the keys to wealth is not being anyone else, it's being yourself. That being said, being yourself and accepting yourself as you are is one of the hardest things to do.This piece of art doesn't have a playlist or an intention. So color it and just let it be and remember you are loved as you are.

Living With Grac3

Goals

I have so many dreams however when I sat down to paint "Goals," I realized I didn't really have that many dreams with deadlines aka goals. When I asked myself what "Goals" mean to me, this is what I came up with: dream with a deadline, accomplishments and completed tasks. There is a unique beauty in finishing what you start. As you color this page, think of one dream you are ready to put a deadline on. Let your colors be steady and intentional. Use this time to feel the relief and pride of a task already completed.

Shame

Shame is such an interesting idea and when I sat down to paint and think about what "Shame" meant to me, this is what came up: guilty, embarrassed and self-conscious.The irony of this painting to me is that it's actually quite pretty which says to me that even out of something seemingly bad, good can come out of it.We all carry things we’d rather others not see. As you color this piece, acknowledge those feelings of embarrassment or guilt without judgment. Look for the beauty in the lines. Remember: even your heaviest moments have the potential to be transformed into something vibrant and new."

Academy Award

This is probably one of the more interesting ones because I don't really know where this dream came from. It's titled "Academy Award" as in an Oscar award for actors, just to be clear. The feelings that came up for me with regards to this painting are: proud, accomplishment and dream come true. What dream do you have that seems so far fetched that it seems almost impossible? As you color this 'award,' don't hold back. Let yourself feel the weight of that win. Color it with the confidence of someone who has already reached the stage. The impossible is only impossible until it happens.

Financial Freedom

Who doesn't want financial freedom? I know that is something I definitely want and so when I went to paint "Financial Freedom," and what it meant to me, this is what I came up with: receiving (you have to be able to receive the wealth), permanent (I don't want my financial freedom to be temporary), freedom (that's what financial freedom is about, freedom) and relief (the sense of relief you get when you can breathe without the stress of finances breathing down your neck).Financial freedom is the ultimate 'Yes' to yourself. As you color this piece, visualize the doors of your life swinging wide open. Imagine that weight lifting off your shoulders. Color with the steady, calm energy of someone who knows they are taken care of, now and forever.

Becoming

When I sat down to paint "Becoming," I knew "Becoming" was a process and I wondered what that meant to me and this is what I came up with: process of spiritual transformation, potential over time, evolution, attractive appearance (ex: when something is becoming on you), and development into something else.Although I did listen to something when I was creating this painting, I didn't notate it and so... what music would you choose for yourself as an anthem?I don't actually choose the music, I say, "I'm about to paint 'Becoming' and this is what it feels like to me and name the feelings and generally have Siri play me some music."You are in a constant state of development into something else, something new. As you color this final page, ask yourself: What music would you choose for your own anthem? Put that song on now. Let it play as you celebrate the person you were, the person you are, and the person you are still becoming.
